Committee referral to SENATE BILL NO. 86 "An Act repealing the                                                                  
minimum expenditure for instruction requirements for public schools."                                                           
                                                                                                                                
The added referral follows the Senate Special Committee on                                                                      
Education and precedes the Finance Committee.
